Bericht über den letzten oder die Tagesordnung des kommenden FSRs.

Nach der Umfrage unter allen Informatik Studierenden hat sich als kurzfristige Lösung ein Discord als Favorit herauskristallisiert.

Da aufgrund der Datenschutzaspekte nach wie vor Uneinigkeit besteht, wie mit Discord umgegangen werden soll, streben wir einen Entscheidung zur Grundsatzfrage, ob wir einen Discord Server als Kommunikationsplattform unter Studis akzeptieren wollen. Ein Konzept zur Rechteverwaltung etc wurde bereits erstellt und bis zur Sitzung am kommenden Mittwoch testweise umgesetzt.

As already announced in February, the TUM President Prof. Dr. Hofmann will visit our department in the context of the transition to the TUM Schools on July 22, 14:00-16:00. Followed by a 20' presentation by him and a 20' presentation by our Dean Prof. Dr. Bungartz, there will be a 60' Q&A session. The default audience are faculty / professors plus the members of the Department Council (Fakultätsrat), and we decided to also invite the heads of service units and the representatives of specific groups (doctoral candidates, ...), if not in the Department Council anyway. The event is currently planned as an on-site event, probably in HS2 or HS1 (depending on the distance rules).

A list of topics has to be provided to the president's office by July 8 - topics you would like to get information from the President, or which you would like to discuss with him. Internally we have to send such suggestions until July 1st at the latest. To prepare the meeting and to discuss the final list of topics Dean Bungartz will submit, there will be a meeting on July 3.

In case you have any suggestions for important topics that need to be adressed, this is the last chance to tell us, so that we (Zaim, Andy) can forward it to the Dean's office in time and discuss them on friday.
