Was können wir als Fachschaft im Bezug zum Angriffskrieg auf die Ukraine tun, an welchen Stellen / in welcher Form beitragen?

Dear Colleagues,
A week ago, I reached out to our HfP/GOV Faculty to suggest an event on what back then I referred to as "a war in the making". Shockingly, a week later, we are confronted with the realities of war on our continent that changes some of our foundations, with the potential to escalate further and in ways unimaginable.
I'm grateful to Tim, Miranda, and a team of HfP faculty, staff, and students for putting together a timely and thoughtful event last Thursday evening - with over 1500 live participants and over 6500 views on Youtube as of today. But of course, we can't stop here given what's at stake and on the horizon.
This evening, I'm reaching out to all of you - the full SoT faculty - to encourage and propose the formation of working groups to brainstorm ways in which can engage, and most importantly, roll up our sleeves to make a difference, even if it's small compared to the huge challenge we're confronted with.
Initial ideas include the coordinated support of our students from the regions, organizing a fundraising campaign to pull together funds for hosting Ukrainian scientists and their families, convening additional discussions and events to offer a forum for people who are as "fassunglos" as most of us might be, creating learning experiences to inform folks in multiple languages, etc. .... I know as a faculty, we'll come up with a wealth of concrete suggestions and many more ideas.
Please do let me be clear about one thing: I don't see myself as an activist Dean or Rector. And yet, there are moments in history where we can't stay silent or inactive as an academic community. This is such a moment, as I see it, and I'm ready to do my part to work with you all in what is an incredibly challenging moment in history.
Please be in touch, over this list, bilaterally (you know how to reach me), or at an online meeting that I'd be happy to host as early as tomorrow morning.

Uns hat eine Mail von Prof. Pfeffer erreicht in der er fragt, ob wir eine Stellungnahme zu seiner Lehre verfassen wollen für einen Prozess zum Erhalten des Titels "Professor", statt nur "Associate professor".
Besprechung angesichts Mathe-Lehrevaluation mit Blick auf das kommende Semester Datenanalyse. Bedarf angemessene Lehrqualität im Fach "Datenanalyse" zu gewährleisten.
Prof. Heckmann tritt als Vice Dean of Study and Teaching der SOT ab; Diskussion, wen wir als FS als Nachfolge wollen würden.
